I was wondering why the pipes would be bursting in October, but actually reading it again it made sense. I know what you mean about luxuries, we have been without central-heating since we moved in, not so bad when it is +20 outside, but damn annoying when it is -10. Finally, we will be getting a new 95.2% ultra-efficient boiler put in next week, all for about the price of a new car. Oh well, the gas saving will probably pay for itself in 15 years at today’s rates, much sooner when you factor in inflation.

I have never used that particular paint, but your right, the good stuff works well, you can cut in nicely with it and its not drippy. I think paint is one of the easiest and cheapest ways to change things up. For me its kind of a creative outlet!

Moore even has an app on their site where you can try different colors on the walls of rooms…its not exact but give a good idea.

Dries in an hour, true one coat coverage sounds like I’ve found the kids’ room paint. does it come in blue?

Now I either have to shop by myself or convince kyle onn the cost, seeing as he’s already read this blog I
m not going to be able to sneak it in.

And oh I’m a Vlad/Kim hybrid, I start with excitement and anticipation and move rather quickly to I hate this process.

Does ripping up this cheque mean I’m going to get a bigger cheque tomorrow? Like in some wacky Adam Sandler movie? Because then I surely would.

Good for you for making a decision that helps to put you and person-X on better footing. I hope that person-X appreciates it and that some healing can begin.

But just think… you could have purchased a whole sack full of IPhones, and then used the fancy tracking thingie, and then planted one somewhere to have it stolen, and then track them down, and then when you confront them you could throw iPhones at them until they’re all bloodied and in the hospital. Now that would be some sweet revenge.

Welcome to the club. My phone wasn’t stolen here in Stoon, but I did have my window smashed the night we arrived because I left the charger visible. It’d been yanked out and the console rifled through looking for some iWhatever. Luckily it and my laptop were in with me and they didn’t care to steal any of my 5 storage totes full of books. Still had to pay 180 for the window though.
